Simple steps for every situation. The entire process from installation to the first print.

New Printer First-Time Setup

  1. Carefully open the box and remove the printer, power cable, USB cable, and ink cartridges.
  2. Place the printer on a flat surface, plug in the power cable, and press the power button.
  3. Insert the ink cartridges into the correct slots — usually black and color are separate.
  4. Place A4 sheets in the paper tray and adjust the side guides.
  5. Now install the driver: use the provided CD or download the latest driver from the official website.

Wi-Fi Printer Setup

  1. Ensure both the printer and router are on and within the same network range.
  2. Go to the Wi-Fi icon on the printer's control panel and open the network list.
  3. Select your Wi-Fi network and enter the password.
  4. In Windows/Mac, add the printer under Settings > Printers & Scanners.
  5. Perform a test print — if it works, the setup is complete.

USB Printer Setup

  1. Connect the printer to the computer using a USB cable.
  2. The computer will automatically detect the driver; if not, download it from the manufacturer's website.
  3. Set the printer as default in Settings > Printers.
  4. Check the print queue and print a test page.

Connect Printer to Mobile

  1. The phone and printer must be on the same Wi-Fi network.
  2. Use the manufacturer app / Mopria Print on Android, and AirPrint on iPhone.
  3. Open the document and tap the Share / Print option.
  4. Select your printer from the list and tap Print.
